Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail tracked services for all UK deliveries. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 24–48 hours. A tracking code is provided by email so you can monitor your delivery at every stage.

3. Packaging

All products are packed in insulated, temperature-appropriate, plain and tamper-evident packaging to protect product integrity in transit and to ensure your order arrives discreetly.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

5. Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact our team with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier immediately.
